Senator Ibrahim Mohammed Bomai Condolence message
I received the news of passing away of Malam Mamman Adamu the Chiroman Pataskum with deep sadness. I commiserate with his family, the Mai of Pataskum and his Emirate Council and the entire people of Yobe South and the State over this great loss. The contributions of the late Chiroma as a seasoned educationist and accomplished civil servant to our dear state is quite remarkable. Indeed, we have lost one of our great elders whose wise counsels and advices we require at this critical period of our national development.
I pray to the Almighty Allah to grant him Aljannatu firddaus and give his family, the Pataskum Emirate Council, the people of Yobe South and the State the courage to bear this great loss.
